RecommendedI’ve been stranded for 2 days in Marquette driving back to Denver. Literally no shops had availability but the guys over at this shop heard the desperation in my voice and decided to take pity on me. Extremely professional. Amazing pricing. Recently had a couple small jobs done on my wife's vehicle. Nothing big, maintenance items that I just didn't have time to get to. Did things go perfectly smoothly? No. Am I upset by this? No. The way a business addresses and resolves customer concerns and their own errors is as important if not more so than how they treat things when they all go in straight lines. Our daughter goes to nmu and "home" is 4 plus hours away. The guys at this shop are courteous and friendly on repairs. They do a great job and I believe they are fair on their labor cost. We'll be back when the need arises.
The night before I left for Christmas Break, Keith was not only the only shop open, but also offered the lowest quote and even stayed late to replace my alternator. Car has been running smooth ever since. Great mechanic and honest service!

Outstanding service from this shop. My alternator went bad while I was up in Marquette over Labor Day. Explained the situation to Keith. He kept me informed & had my car repaired in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing service.
While I truthfully have to admit my first visit didn't go smoothly, the next time I came in everything went so well. My car was in and out of there in no time and they did the most they could to keep me informed along the process.
