AC went down, the world was ending...All withered in the inferno...Called Barron's and withing 20mins we had a tech on the phone- a real human being...Dylan asked some questions, too overcome with heat I could only mumble...Dylan came out less than 45mins after the phone call, walked in and looked at the unit...Immediately Dylan diagnosed the issue, addressed the issue, was polite, kind, professional and expedient. Highly recommend Barons in palm harbor. They’ve on two separate occasions fixed issues that the new blue collar (used to be sun rise) told me I need a new unit. The first time was a cooling issues and I was told a new unit was needed but barons found that all that was needed was a valve replacement due to coolant not making its way to the air handler. The 2nd time I had barons out, was to check my unit again after a routine maintenance by blue collar due to long cooling times and mediocre air temp coming out of the vents. I ... read more
A little over 3 years ago Barrons replaced our a/c. Our old one they serviced every year and were always honest, professional and willing to help us keep it going for years. Yesterday I get home from work and it was hot in our home. My husband & daughter said it hasn’t turned on for hours. I called and left a voice mail. It was after hours so I didn’t expect a call back.
