I wish there was Zero stars that I can give them There customer service and bedside Manor is horrible I'm a person that suffers from anxiety and instead of making things a little easier for me they gave me a lot more anxiety they have no clue what they're doing and they're not helpful at all one of the workers hung up the phone on my Doctors nurse that I was with trying to find out about my CPAP and she hung up the phone very rudely all because we asked to speak with a supervisor they obviously don't care about the people th... read more
wish there was a zero star option....very pathetic covid treatment here, sent my a family member there and what? no rapid test? Duh.....didn't check his oxygen level or even his temperature...is his O2 level less than 90? who knows. sent him home to "wait" for the results of the test so the covid can become more advanced. Do they want people in the hospital? Hmm...
