So happy I stopped in! My mom recently passed away and wasnât sure where to go and get her jewelry appraised. I was always told to go to a local jewelry store. So I stopped in at Barron Jewelers. The owner took the time to sort thru it all and explain every single piece. She sorted the jewelry from costume to gold. Amongst the items was one of my momâs special rings. very unhappy customer My 22 year old wedding band set was in need of repair & I wanted to try a small locally owned business. What a mistake!! My ring looked much worse when I picked it up than when I had dropped it off. The gold added to reinforce my band was patchy & there were pits & file marks on it as well. A gap had appeared between the band's that was not previously there, with a bulge on the other side!!! What's more infuriating was the customer service.
