Receptionist or Assistant in office has attitude when trying to ask questions or call in for services. Had to get leg looked at for leg pains while back and at first after talking with doctor and pointing out hurt leg they scheduled apt for wrong leg smh then had to wait another couple weeks for the apt for the leg I wanted looked at and was given attitude and hen trying to tell them they scheduled me an apt for the wrong leg. Needs a whole new staff including the doctor. countless reviews that show why. The people in this area need a more reliable place to help them.
Office staff is very rude
If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE. The whole office is sooooo soooo dirty. I wiped my chair before sitting because it looked weird and it was disgusting. There are cobwebs and dust bunnies everywhere. Lazy and unorganized staff. They took MONTHS to send my referrals and then they "got lost". The Dr says everything is due to weight.
