I ordered 3 faux stone panels took forever to receive them. My order was shipped to someone else and I received his order. It took forever for barron to pick up my order from him and reship it. Barron sent me and him return labels and we were shipping the items back to ourselves. I finally received my order barron refused any compensation for the delay blaming the company who makes and ships the panels. The materials used to make the panels seemed pretty good but quality control on the dimensions leaves alot to be desired. I... read more
I agree with those who experienced poor customer service. We ordered a faux beam to cover an existing beam. Nowhere on the website does it say to go to Specifications to find out how to measure for an existing beam. We sent in the measurements, assuming the company would provide us a covering to go over our beam. Nope. Now we find out, after asking what happened, that you have to check Specifications to figure out the measurements to cover an existing beam. This is not at all apparent!
