RecommendedI am so pleased with my faux panels! I chose the Norwalk chocolate style and they were installed easily and look so realistic. The customer service is EXCELLENT. I had a problem with running short due to my miscalculation and Jessica went over and above to help me. I am recommending to all my friends and have nothing but great things to say about this product!!!

I placed an order last fall worth $10.5k. Was given a September delivery date. The week of Thanksgiving rolled around and they weren't even in production yet. Winter hit early last year so I postponed the order. Sent the glues and caulking back because they have an expiration date. I decided to keep the drainage mats (huge mistake). We found another less expensive option over the winter. Now I have to ship the drainage mats back on my dime. The cost would be $660 plus a 25% restocking fee. Was looking to buy but friends suggested not to from this company.
So, it clearly states on the website, when you order, that quick ship items will be shipped in 1-3 days.. after you place your oder the email states you will get shipping confirmation when the order is processed.. I paid for quick ship 6 days ago.. I called and talked to Jennifer, who said she would email me back by the end of the day... NOTHING.. You guys need better shipping standards, and customer service skills
Actually put the UV protectant on that they advertise is on the panels. Mine are heavily faded after only 7 years. Look like garbage. Never again!
