Great to work with!
Couldn't close due to their error! Missed opportunities to buy other houses! They did not catch a 2nd mortgage that was in forbearance that the seller "allegedly" never disclosed. How they did not see this initially is a mystery. I flew in from out of town to attend closing and we found out THE DAY BEFORE the seller is underwater and could not pay off the 2nd mortgage and therefore is in breach of contract.
