Carmen Narrio is a horrible assistant manager, bad customer service, I was here to open a brand new business and personal bank account along with possibly getting a loan, but unfortunately this lady gave me a bad service, her vibe is very negative. I’m going to take my money to a different branch. I can’t believe they have this type of customer service in Beverly Hills.
Bank says it’s open on Saturdays on Google, it’s not. Horrible location, really annoying to get in and out of, and you need to park in the paid structure
I really like how they treat there clients and Tilly enjoy being a account holder
