didn't buy the car....great customer service tho! they listen, figured out what i needed n like then found me a newer model, a 2016!
The entire staff was great. I was about to finalize the deal when I realize I hadn't test drive the vehicle. I went to test drive the vehicle and it run as they said it would great. I decided to have the car checked out at pep boys so I can have a piece of mind. When the inspection came back there where deficiencies which I was not willing to buy the car with. talked to salesman on the phone ,very informative and professional. overall good experience
I explained that I don't have time to haggle and still got a cookie cutter email that seemed more like a bot response than an actual person.
They emailed me in response to my writing the email was the best way to contact them. They asked a bunch of questions and we were able to go back and forth and in a very positive manner. They did not spam me or bombard me with phone calls.
