I've lived here for 6 months. I've complained 3 times about the cigarette and pot smell that is in my apartment. Its horrible. I was told since it's not a " no smoking " facility that there is nothing they can do. I pay my rent, we are quite, I keep it clean. This is what I get a smelly apartment!! I cant even bring my grandkids here. Breaks my heart. I just moved up here to be closer to them.Well I guess I will have to move out. Its hard enough to find a place to afford now this. Also the mice are ridiculous!!
Cruddy and very small charging your arm and leg definitely taking advantage of.. not to mention there's no set Rent everybody's rent seems to be a different amount. Definitely a duplex but you're being told it's a town home, no basement. They'll try to entice you with free internet but it doesn't make up for the horrible floorboards every time you walk you'll feel like the whole place is about to fall apart.
Good location, safe area, nice gym nearby, clean neighborhood, maintenance very responsive
