The staff is courteous, professional, polite, accommodating, and friendly. I highly recommend them. No dentist visit-phobia here!
Dr Ferdkoff is amazing. Not only does he put you at ease with his incredible bedside manner. But his ability to make even a complicated procedure feel like it's a routine visit is truly astounding. If you are looking for a great doc or are afraid of dentistry he is the man for you.
Just want to thank Dr. Ferdkoff and staff for a great experience. I underwent a surgery for a sinus lifts and implants. Honestly think I came out with a smile on my face. Painless ind fast. Dr. Ferdkoff and his staff are very qualified professionals. Beginning with the efficient front office staff, appointments are made keeping the patient's convenience in mind. Subsequently, dental procedures are thoroughly explained by the staff and doctor-with any and all questions answered without feeling rushed. No waiting, excellent staff and doctor, they made it as good as possible!
At this point, I have only seen Magda three times for cleanings but she is very professional and definitely cares about her patients.
I went for my 6 month cleaning and I always feel it is more than just a visit to the dentist. I feel so inspired by the hygienist to pay more attention to dental health! She supplies me with facts and encouragement to have short term and long term goals without being bossy. She treats me with intelligence and respect. A true professional. Thank you.
