Rented from these guys in the past in Batavia , fullly aware I want going to be their long 6 months to a year. Was told we could give them notice and we could end lease early. That ended up being not true. When it came time to move, they told us we would still be on the hook for the remaining lease term. I cleaned and scrubbed the apartment (other than the stove/ oven as I didn’t want to use wrong chemicals or scratch their appliance up) so I knew I would get a cleaning fee from them for that. lived here for 2 years made multiple complaints about an illegal pit bull breed bully living next door that barks all day for hours on end WITH PICTURES and videos, kids run around on the streets screaming and swearing at people unsupervised with garbage everywhere, dozens of noise complaints blasting music from the same people who have this pit bull bully breed that is literally OUTLINED to not be allowed in glenviews contract. I want to give a shout out to Miriam, who works with Colonial Manor. She went above and beyond for me when I switched complexes. The amount of work she put in to make everything happen before the end of the year was staggering and she herself truly made it possible!
