We have lived in Redwood Apartments on Woodmont Drive in Perrysburg for six months. We were homeowners for most of our lives. We have also lived in three separate apartment buildings so we have learned through trial and error what amenities we value. Redwood has changed our vision in regards to downsizing comfortably. The things we really appreciate: 1) The large garage. Management is out standing always ready with a helping hand very friendly and professional. Maintenance is also great they Responded quickly when needed and even quicker in emergency cases. The managers name is Joey and I would consider him to be just about the best manager I have had since living in apartments some 26 years great place great managers and great neighbors
