Ordered a small amount of stone dust to be delivered off the driveway in a papered, marked area. They delivered same day, in a few hours! Came home to the material delivered on my driveway. Called and the guy immediately apologized, never argued, just asked how he could fix it and owned the mistake. He was over the next day to shovel everything into the correct location and sweep off my driveway. Very impressed he took the time to make it right, even on a small order instead of just trying to give me my money back.
