I would not recommend Group Fox. I live in the Clarendon Shores building. Much of my problem is the 10% rent increase each year. Last year, my rent was raised $100/month. When I called to ask about the increase, it was simply stated that rents were increasing in Uptown and they had to stay competitive. There was absolutely no negotiating. My current lease expires in 3 months and they want to increase my rent $95 and have said that they will not pay for utilities any longer. I am looking for an apartment, so i made an appointment to see one of their apartments yesterday. i'm pretty sure my bad credit will make me unable to have one of the apartments, but Toni was super-nice to me. She showed me an apartment where the living room lets out onto a deck and just beyond that was the most beautiful lake I've ever seen.
