The Barrington Group owns Rugby Valley Apartments in College Park, GA, This is how they manage their property: I DO NOT recommend Rugby Valley Apartments in College Park, GA, as a place to live. My parents sold my family home (see photos) about a mile from Rugby Valley Apartments and moved there around 2001. It was great.
