It's a wonderful place - our last experience with service however wasn't the greatest. Server missed an opportunity to hit a "home run" - lacked personality. In fact, we felt insulted. The establishment and its product will bring us back though.
One of the friendliest places I've ever been to in my work travels! Locals recognized that I was an out of towner and made me feel welcome immediately, even giving me some of the town's and Brewery's history. Most impressive was the fact that regulars at the Brewery have their own distinct beer mugs, which are arranged on the shelves (for frequent guests) or hung on hooks over the bar. I've been here a few times and they never disappoint. Great beer and food. I enjoyed a plate of whole belly clams, a bowel of awesome beef soup and the best stout. My friend had the salmon salad with the beef soup and couldn't have been happier with that coupled with the Black and Tan. I always stop in when I get a chance to pass thru.
We drive by this place frequently and have just never stopped. Well? We finally did! It was great! Fun atmosphere, educated wait staff, excellent food. We will be back!
Food was very good. The chocolate stout cake was delicious! Great family friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed all the beers!
I've never had a bad experience! .... Something for everyone on the menu and the Ice Glen IPA hit the spot!!!
First time there today, sat at the bar. Our bartender was a sweetheart! She had us laughing, and everyone that came in apparently loved her, too!! Sadly, we heard her say she only works Sundays, but we will definitely be back!!! Great experience!!
I've been going to the brewery for years. It's my favorite restaurant. Last night our order to go with missing an item. I called to let them know and they gave me my lunch on the house and a gift certificate to make up for the missing item. Best restaurant in Berkshire County always taking care of their customers I give them 5 stars
