This place has gone down the toilet! From the amount of drug dealing in the complex, to the landlord. Been here two years renewed a 12 month lease last June and they are trying to state that my lease somehow didn't begin until 9/1/2025-8/31/26 when I had signed and agreed to 12 months in June. Also attempted to do an Easter egg hunt for my small children and my niece and after hiding the eggs and getting the kids and going downstairs the pre teen and teenagers had already opened the Easter eggs and took the candy out of them... read more
Rebecca, the property manager is very unprofessional very rude. She does not know how to do her job as she tries tor rent to two people at the same time. Was told to put the electricity in my name, I turned off the electric at my current apartment just for her to tell me the next day that she rented out the place and a bunch of excuses. I have all the text messages of the unprofessionalism. I have yet to have somebody from Barrington residential get back to me. I know Kayla Holbrook is the senior supervisor person above.
