Had an issue with tub and the maintenance man was there the next day to begin putting a whole brand new one in. The landlord is very kind and friendly and the maintenance guy is very hard working and I always see him around the complex working on other people's issues. The staff are always ready to help if needed and there's a 3 day grace period on rent when funds are tight, would recommend to others looking for a quality affordable apartment 👍
We moved into the Batrrington about 3 years ago. The staff here is great. Whenever we have any kind of maintenance issues, maintenance acts in a timely manner. The washers and driers are commercial grade and take tap to pay, which is very convenient. The pool is not huge, but the space is big. The Barrington is also pet friendly. We will continue to stay here until we are ready to purchase a home.
I’ve been living here for a little less than a year and a half and I can say this is the BEST place to rent in palatka. maintenance crew is always keeping outside around the apartments looking great! and if we have ever had any maintenance issues inside it was very easy to submit a report through the website! I love everything about my apartment!! The staff is really nice ! The times that I needed help with anything they came within that day or the day after !!!
The main thing that would make this place better is having more washers and dryers for residents. But there are so many positives about this community. The view from our apartment is wonderful with gorgeous views of the sunset behind tall pine trees. If there has ever been anything that needed fixed in our apartment, we put a work order and maintenance comes within a day or two. If it’s an emergency, they’re there within a few hours.
