I moved into Barrington 4 years ago. While the complex is quiet, and peaceful, the actual units leave much to be desired. We have had multiple maintenance issues, an ongoing issue with ants that we complained about on multiple occasions, just to never have the issue resolved. Mold and mildew growing in the ceiling and vents, cheap appliances and paper thin walls. Now that I’ve moved out I’ve been hit with charges that don’t even make sense.
