LOVE my apartment! The office staff is all extremely helpful and friendly and the maintenance team are quick to help me with anything I need.
October 2025-Another update…they run so many incentives to get new tenants and now we have graffiti everywhere that has been reported but they won’t even clean up. Also, I have reported an issue about my bathtub faucet not working and it has yet to be replaced. It’s been almost 2 months and I only have 1 bathtub. I’d advise that if you are looking for a rental, you may want to reconsider Avenues of South Hoover. UPDATE I'm moving very very soon and we'll write a very long review about my experience here. It is more than unacceptable. Unless you're moving into a totally reno unit that you don't think you'll have any problems with and paying them a lot of money, I advise you to seriously reconsider it.
