When we firsted moved in to these apartments in October 2024, the management changed, and maintenance was pretty worthless. Our AC went out in the summer, and it took a month and a half to get it replaced. Now in March 2025, we have had several work orders get turned around the next day. Something internally seemed to have changed, and the maintenance team is now very reliable. One recent example is that our garbage disposal rusted out on us and clogged our sink. First let me say how thankfuk I am for Kj and Marcus for taking time out of there day to help me jump my car when it was completely dead. If it wasn't for them I would still be sitting in the parking lot. Thank you Kj and Marcus
I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Since I’ve lived here, there has been 2 lizards in my bedroom. I wake up to a cockroach almost every day (and I am a very clean person / constantly cleaning), the apartment complex in general is DISGUSTING. There’s trash EVERYWHERE. Maintenance does the bare minimum, I do not even rely on them or place a ticket anymore. I’ve lived here for 4 years and the roach infestation is CRAZY. maintenance only give you more chemicals that are probably gonna end up killing you too. They’re very lazy and only fix things temporarily instead of getting to the root of the problem and that goes for anything you ask them for. Dont live here unless you want to wake up with roaches crawling on your face♥️
been waiting for maintenance to come and fix or replace my washers and dryers since I moved in (Dec 2024) I’m rarely even home and when I am I have to drag a huge pile of laundry to the launder mat… it’s really an inconvenience at this point and I feel like they keep on stalling, I know it’s not that hard to go out and get new washers and dryers… this shouldn’t be this difficult and complicated.
