We have had a great experience with Tasia and we appreciate all the help we’ve gotten from her!
Moving in was easy. My leasing agent Tasianique was easy to work with. I had unexpected problems arise but she worked with me as those inconveniences came about. Julia who I believe is the manager was always eager to help me when Tasianique wasn’t there. I’m excited to finally be moved in and settled. Hopefully I won’t be moving for a long time.
Tasia was great. I justt move in and im looking forward to living here. I found her on tiktok and thats how i got here. Everything is smooth
For the last two years I have put in service requests for high power bills due to an old or faulty AC unit. Each time Avenues reports the issue is fixed but it isn't. For the last 4 months my power bill has averaged 380 a month. I also have a friend who leases here with the same issue. I hate to write such a bad review but I warned them that it was the only thing I had left to do and I have not heard anything.
I have only been living here for a few months, but my experience has been exceptional. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, and it's clear that the staff takes great pride in the community. The leasing office team is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Anytime I've had a question or maintenance request, it has been addressed promptly, often the very same day. That level of responsiveness and customer service is truly appreciated.
