I'm being generous. I'm trying to get to five Stars. I've been here almost 8 years. My personal experience, it will never happen.
I rate this property as a one star .The only reason a one due to them speaking when i entered in the building.This property is a con.I was required to pay application fee and additional two hundred which stated it will return to me .I was denied which is fine but i been calling and requiring about my 200 $ .No one return my call nor reply to email.i feel like this unprofessional to conduct business.Im a single parent who raising their child on their own due to the child’s father being murder.The money that i never received i... read more
Just moved into my 2nd apartment with this company, and although some of my experiences haven't been the greatest, Marcus on the maintenance team has helped so much and been so efficient and quick getting issues handled. He even came on a Sunday to make sure my kids and I had hot water and handle a few other smaller issues. Thanks, Marcus!
Update: I wrote a review and being that I now know that this company uses SafeRent to do tenant screening that frequently denies rental applications I’m back with a better review. SafeRent & RentGrow are two of the most terrible screening companies in the United States. Just like RentGrow Inc SafeRent denied my application due to inaccurate information. With the credit score I have I qualify to purchase a home, but these two rinky dink businesses denied my application for housing here at the Avenues of South Hoover & Hawthor... read more
