I did have a maintenance issue in my restroom but the maintenance supervisor was able to fix my problem quickly. He was very polite and explained to me what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Thank you J for helping me in my time of need.
A few months back I received a phone call from the leasing office. Now mind you I've lived here almost 25 years so I am always eager to do my part and help management anyway possible. I was told they have several leases ending in October just as mine was and they would really appreciate it if I would do a 6-month extension at no additional cost or charges to me and that my rent would remain the same. I parked at the leasing office guest parking this weekend and they towed my car! Im pretty sure i read every sign in regards to parking and I didn't break any rules. Now I can't get to work or pick up my Kids. Probably gonna lose the car. Whoever is in charge at these Apts, Someone someday might not be as calm as everyone who's been screwed by you and they might ruin your day month or year.
