Very unprofessional and rude leasing agent that works here continuously interrupted me when I was talking and was quite disrespectful. I was charged over 300 even though I asked for my application to be cancelled by the leasing agent that took down my personal information. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. She the hung up the phone in my face when I attempted to ask other questions to resolve the matter.
