Had a roof leak after a recent storm…called Jim Barringer the next morning & he was onsite at my home within an hour. His lead roofing guy came out the same afternoon, diagnosed the problem, & repaired it right away. Great customer service & a fair price!
Jim took the time to explain in detail the repairs that were needed to our roof with great explanation of what could wait, what could be mitigated, and what should be taken care of more immediately. He was responsive to every call. I never felt pushed into an “upsell”. His crew did fantastic work, were courteous, and showed me before and after video/photos of the repairs when they were completed.
