I spoke with the lady in this office on 3+ different occasions trying to coordinate an appointment. We finally got an appointment scheduled only to have the day come and a no show to the appt. Our guy calls their office and they said there was no appointment scheduled. I definitely confirmed an appointment with them and it was 100% scheduled. This is very disappointing being that we waited 3 weeks just for a no show.
