Very disappointed. They outsource a lot of their work and have no control over their process. Won’t help with anything to do with the contractors and blame them for everything. We’ve had many delays and issues because they have failed to stay on top of the installation process.
I had a pool installed by Barrier Reef Joondalup in March 2025. The initial communication and process of digging and installation was good, however, a few days after completion the Magna pool pump display unit stopped working and is faulty. This was several weeks ago and we have repeatedly contacted Barrier Reef Pools and Fluidra who supplied the unit to fix this and they have not been receptive despite telling us they will come and resolve the issue, and despite the unit being under warranty. We cannot thank Barrier Reef Northside enough for the great service ,workmanship, communication and overall end result of our new pool. Luke and his team were incredible and although we did hit some bumps in the road which can happen with all swimming pools these guys worked through it very promptly, communicated everything back to us and got it done. Barrier Reef Pools 5 star experience from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about anything. Communication was great always informative about the upcoming process, staff are so helpful and friendly. All and all really made our experience stress free and enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend Barrier Reef for your pool installation. These things can become so stressful and overwhelming but not once did we feel that way. Barrier Reef Pools have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish, all the contractors were fantastic and very professional as well as sales and office staff. Would definatly reccomend to anyone looking at installing a pool!
