Update on our previous review - Please see messages from owner a year ago assuring us he will fix the pool LAST SUMMER, after promising to fix it for a year prior to that too. Fun fact, ‘Ernie the SPASA rep’ is not a SPASA rep, confirmed by SPASA. And the ‘engineer’ trespassed and when caught, told us to sue Barrier Reef Pools Joondalup. They have done nothing to rectify an entirely botched install when they failed to install the most expensive pool in their range to their own engineer’s specifications. We have recently had a Barrier Reef Pool installed and found the experience and process second to none. The Barrier Reef Pool Northside Team are well qualified and experienced, being only too happy to take the time to explain the requirements of the installation. We had a detailed explanation on site of the equipment and how to use it properly, also how to use the app to adjust and check settings, makes’ life much easier this way.
