Buyer beware! We requested service after we saw a few ants in our kitchen and bathroom. After "treatment" they were everywhere! We had a follow up visit that only made things worse. When we asked for them to come back and resolve the issue they said they wouldn't unless we had done quarterly service. So in order to receive service you have to pay more and sign up long term. Zero customer service or follow through, take your business elsewhere!

We have been with Barrier Pest Control out of Sherwood for many years. They are always very responsive and the customer service from their techs to office personnel are the best. They listen to our pest issues and always notify us when they will be treating our property. If we have further issues they respond very quickly. My wife and I always question the techs that service us and check to see how much they like their company and how well they are treated. We hear back glowing reviews. I have used Barrier for 15 years and have recommended them to all my neighbors. I had my yard treated on Sept. 13. The next two days we had horrible rain and the ants came indoors. I called and a super technician came out and treated the area where they were rampant in the kitchen. Also retreating the outside area where they had been. Within an hour of the tech being here, there wasn't one ant to be found indoors. I have been with Barrier for a few years now and always have a great experience. Highly recommend them to service your pest control needs because they are very professional, the technician is usually personable, knowledgeable and friendly (we like Joshua a lot!) I like that we can request a technician of choice. I would suggest that you never hire Barrier. I hired them to get rid of ants that were outside and box elders. Ants were not in my kitchen. The technician sprayed in my home and sprayed a wall, leaving a white film and white drippings all the way down. The ants moved inside my home. The service manager (Travis) came out, wiped down my wall, apologized, and said if this happened on a regular basis they would be out of business. We were using a large pest control company to deal with spiders and they were ineffective. Our home is next to a swale so we constantly battle spiders. I saw a truck from Barrier in my neighborhood and gave them a call. They have been great whenever I need them they respond within a day or two and take care of the issue. I have used Barrier Pest Control for 4 years now and they have done an outstanding job! They are always very thorough. They do a great job of trying to find the most convenient time when scheduling. The technicians are friendly and professional!
