Barrier beach is one of the worst companies to work for . Working at the white sands u get treated like a slave u can be in the bathroom and u will have a complaint by the end of the day, I was a doorman and my dad passed away and they terminated me please stay far away from working with this management company or working for the white sands
Jamie Shaw lies. To the public he says he cares about community and his tenants. That could not be further from the truth. He is consistently unresponsive and should be forced to live in the decrepit living environments he neglects.
The owner, Jamie Shaw is one of the best property managers I know. He is available 24/7 to personally help and solve emergency situations that may unfortunately come up. He also has a great team working with him. Any property that he represents is in good hands.
