Ordered the wrong parts for my Toyota, didnt fix the issue, then charged me full price for the labour AND parts. My car is still broken, and now i have useless parts. Didnt even discount the parts either, they actually made a profit off their own mistake. Terrible service
Don’t go here, shady business
Blew a tire in a snowstorm and ended up here by chance, and very glad I did. I was in and out in no time at all and got a great deal. If you're looking for an honest shop with good prices, look no further. I definitely recommend Barrie Tire & Auto Service to anyone in the area in need of tires. Ended up having a great chat with Tom and the short wait flew by, before I knew it I was back on my way. Great tire shop!
Tom and his team are amazing! I've gone to them multiple times for general tune up's and for larger issues. They've always been kind and informative, taking the time to explain to me what the issue is and not hiding anything from me. He is truly passionate about what he does and that's reflected in his work and conduct with his customers. If you're looking for a mechanic in the area Tom's place is the only one you should consider!
