Horrible! Don't waste your time or money. Where to start.. First, you have to physically go in to pay your bill each month, and catching the admin to do so is a task in and of itself. There was a month I drove there 3 times, all within business hours, and no one was there to process my payment, and no, there's no autopay option available. But wait, there's more.
