Very unprofessional, cold and unwelcoming environment. Thumbs down….I arrived for my appointment 20 min early and waited in the front entrance of parking lot. Noticing I was the only car I called the clinic to check if I was in the right spot. I thought I had called the wrong number as the tech did not identify himself or the clinic name, just “hello?!” And very unpleasantly I might add. I just want to say thank you very much to the technician Kim. She was extremely gentle, kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make my overnight stay as comfortable as possible. Bring all the extra creature comforts you need to be comfortable. I was not woken up by staff regularly during the night. I was only woken at the end aprox 5am. Worst experience ever
I had a sleep study done Friday night and after reading all the bad reviews I was a bit nervous about going. I must say I was pleased with my experience,.my tech Jesus was very professional and explained everything as I was getting hooked up to the wires. He had a great bedside manner. The rooms were clean and I slept as comfortable as I do at home (minus the wires lol) and it was quiet at night so I had no issues sleeping. I would recommend this place.
My husband recently had a sleep study done at this clinic. He had the Zoom, consultation today with Dr Kanawaty who was more interested in getting our insurance information than talking about my husband’s results. My husband told him he would get the required CPAP at a clinic closer to our home. Dr Kanawaty had his nurse, send the prescription to Medigas after we specifically told him we weren’t going to go to Medigas. We have been told by others, that they had to pay a $250.00 Admin fee which is not covered by health insura... read more
