Worst experience ever
I had a sleep study done Friday night and after reading all the bad reviews I was a bit nervous about going. I must say I was pleased with my experience,.my tech Jesus was very professional and explained everything as I was getting hooked up to the wires. He had a great bedside manner. The rooms were clean and I slept as comfortable as I do at home (minus the wires lol) and it was quiet at night so I had no issues sleeping. I would recommend this place.
My husband recently had a sleep study done at this clinic. He had the Zoom, consultation today with Dr Kanawaty who was more interested in getting our insurance information than talking about my husband’s results. My husband told him he would get the required CPAP at a clinic closer to our home. Dr Kanawaty had his nurse, send the prescription to Medigas after we specifically told him we weren’t going to go to Medigas. We have been told by others, that they had to pay a $250.00 Admin fee which is not covered by health insura... read more
Arrived staff was very friendly and helpful.besides the lack of sleep k got bec7ase of the nonsense they put in ur hair and all over u so it's very uncomfortable sleep for that part but the room the bed and sleep area was comfortable little bit chilly in room.overall not a bad experience.
Finally got my appointment, been waiting for 8 months, this time next year !! After reading all these reviews, likely going to pop south of the border and pay for one there.
