Was told Dr. Katipunan is the best though it was a bit more out of my way I was told it was worth going to see her… it wasn’t… Had to wait 1.5 hours in the waiting room, was very behind which I feel like the receptionist could have called patients to say come 30-60 minutes later. They deserve zero stars. Brutal wait time. If you're looking medical care good luck. They prioritize cosmetic patients first. I waited 50mins still not ready and the place closes at 3! The wait room had 9 other people waiting behind me when I left. PATHETIC!
Unhappy with the service. Was told from Bayshore that I required more information. Bayshore couldn't provide it so then when I spoke to Barrie medical and cosmetic dermatology about this they spoke to me like I was a moron. Then they start giving empty platitudes about why things took so long in that talking to me like I'm a complete moron.
