We bought an Outlander a couple of months ago and absolutely love the car. Our sales consultant was Lovepreet. She did a great job with excellent communication and got us a great deal on the car. Everything went smoothly, and we wouldn’t think twice to refer her and this dealership to anyone else. Overall, the experience was great, and the vehicle has been amazing. Five out of five!
Friendly and amazing service! They took time to get to know me and didn’t hesitate to help me find my VIN number and walked with me to my car. This is what keeps us coming back to Mitsubishi! Service advisors were even wearing Blue Jays shirts! An extra bonus!!!
We own an Outlander and have taken it in for several issues over the years at Barrie Mitsubishi. Each time we had it repaired - it came back worse. E,g, Our heating/AC system is all screwed up - you put it to warm the feet and it blows at the top. They also over-charge to fix common problems (rusted out exhaust pipe) and don't warranty the work. LESSON - take your repairs elsewhere! It'll be cheaper, last longer and you'll be treated better. Also - forget buying a new car from this dealer. They are there to serve themselves.... read more
