Service department used scare tactics to get my wife to purchase a $250 oil change. Two weeks earlier she had taken the Outlander PHEV to Great Canadian Oil Changers and the service tech mentioned a potential small oil leak and suggested she bring it to the dealership for inspection as the vehicle is under warranty. Following this oil change, they replaced the oil drain bolt and their was no longer any leak but just to be safe and given the warranty, she brought it to Barrie Mitsubishi (big mistake). I cannot say enough about the ladies at the service desk at this location!!! AMAZING. I recently had my cabin air filter changed (different dealership) and the cover was not secured. As a result it fell down behind the glove box and the filter was not secure allowing a lot of cold air into the cabin of the car, on very cold weekend on a very long drive to Barrie for a hockey tournament. I tried to remove the glove box myself to resecure the cover, but was not able to get the glove box removed and as a result was not able to ... read more

I have to put a review about this outstanding dealership. I am 65 and bought alot of vehicles in my days. This dealership stood out for me. Noted the 2 sales guys Brett and Rob. We came in on a saturday with my son and his 6 year old.daughter. these guys went above and beyond. They were good with my son he felt very comfortable. Like he was not the only one going threw the struggles of life. Rob took my grand daughter n set her up with some cartoons pizza n hot chocolate.
