I am very disappointed with Barrie, Mitsubishi. They are super nice and friendly when you want to buy a car, after you signed the contract , you're alone and answers such as it sucks! what do you want me to do? There's nothing I can do, etc...when vehicle's malfunctions occur are pretty common to heard. I used to recommend this dealership but isn't going to happen anymore. Please go somewhere else.

June 30, 2025, we purchased our first Plug in Hybrid Vehicle. We bought a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, in Barrie. We traded in a Toyota Hybrid. Lovepreet our Sales Advisor was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the car. Her efficiency included; explaining the highlights of the vehicle and educating us, always punctual and polite for all appointments, that included correspondences away from the dealership answering all our many questions.
