This place is bad I'm not sure what they are doing making public healthcare seem private but it's gross
The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. We were first-time patients and didn’t know we had to register online beforehand. When we arrived, the receptionist told us to register, but while I was doing so, the system gave me an error. I went to show her, and she simply said, “Oh well, someone else grabbed the appointment.” I explained that I was doing exactly what she instructed me to do and that it was unfair, especially since we were already there. Dr. Henry consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, a friendly demeanor, and a welcoming approach, actively listening to my concerns rather than dismissing them. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
I just want the doctor who helped me today to know I am very grateful. I have seen 7 doctors in the last few months and none have helped me. He cleaned out my right ear due to this funny muffled feeling- turns out it was sediment. I’ve been having ongoing facial pain as well as a headache stemming from what I thought was an ear infection.
