I checked in at 9am at the walk in clinic and there were already 9 people ahead of me. Checked in easily, and was told it would be around a 2 hour wait-ugh. So I went to shoppers in the plaza to kill time. Came back at 10:15am and I thankfully was able to be taken in right away. Dr Fred Strangway saw my daughter and was kind and professional. He made her feel comfortable and diagnosed quickly. Thankful she was seen in a relatively quick manner.
Tried to book an online appointment at 4:00pm for a 5:30pm time. Was approved by 4:45pm. When I arrived I was let right in to see the doctor I only needed a requisition for an x-ray, but the doctor I saw was helpful and thorough. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very thankful to have this service provided through my family doctor.
Horrible service i got there by 1:30pm they asked me to returned by 5pm while waiting two people after me went in first , when I went up to let her know, the receptionist told me that’s not true, in other words I’m a lier.
I am very sad with this whole situation everyone is in with family drs, having no dr and the walk in clinics. the clinic opens at 2 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm only to see a sign at reception stating they were no longer accepting walk ins! They were full. To Clairify i was reading the sign correctly I asked the receptionist "you no longer are taking walking?" "No unfortunately not, but you can go tp our other clinic it opens at 5 pm" I asked "didn't you just open 45 minutes ago and you're full and not accepting walking?" "Yes" ... read more
