I recentlytook my Honda CRV for a fuel pump recall. After that I startedhaving a few issues with the car. The next day after the replacement, I startedto notice a delay in the start. After a month or so, all the warninglights started to flash on the dashboard. I took the car to the Barrie Honda, and explained that all these issues are happening post fuel pump replacement. Honda Service - lost my tires again - it took me a month to get an appointment to swap my tires - Service knew the day before that they couldn’t find my tires and still the morning of my appointment, knowing they were nowhere to be found, allowed me to show up, register and wait - 2 hours later I approached my Advisor to inquire as to the status of my vehicle and that was when I was told of the aforementioned I was “What” followed by all the usual questions - immediately I’m thinking Customer Service??!!! Scheduled a drop off 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and brake fluid change, dropped vehicle off as scheduled, was told my vehicle would be ready in 4 hours. They called me 5 HOURS later asking if they could keep my vehicle overnight due to staffing issues. The only thing consistent about Barrie Honda service department is how unreliable they are.
