I am so pleased with the service I received from Derek at Barrie Heating and Air Conditioning... He followed all COVID protocols. He did a routine Furnace and Humidifier maintenance service, checked all ductwork and ensured all was in good working order..He changed batteries in the thermostat and checked to make sure it operated properly. After Enbridge turned my 80 year old mothers gas off leaving her with no heat, I called Barrie Heating & Gas. Peter was quickly dispatched and he was awesome, such a nice guy, professional and did an excellent job finding the issue and helping us get our gas system restored and up to code. He even came back after hours on his own time to replace the furnace valve at 9pm so mom had heat that night instead of leaving her in the cold. Who does that? Peter does, that's who. That would make a good T-Shirt.

I had the very unfortunate experience of meeting with their salesman Michael Johne. As any responsible home owner would do, I was gathering a few quotes for my furnace replacement. (I should note that my furnace is not usable at this time and it’s January, and maybe I also need to report that I’m a woman). I had been without heat since 4pm the previous day and needed a replacement asap. We had an issue of a gas leak in our home and used a different company to determine why it happened. They could not find the issue and told us nothing was wrong. We were not satisfied with that answer and contacted this company. Peter came to our home, and he was beyond excellent. He spent a great deal of time trying to determine the issue and explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire process.
