Darren is a true expert at this trade. He responded quickly when I called after my furnace died overnight. He was at my home right after another company told me it was an ignitor issue... it wasn't. Darren looked in my furnace and caught a cracked heat exchanger, that oversight by the first guy could have been catastrophic to our family if they had just put the new ignitor in.
