You got ur appointment scheduled with parts included and etc. At the same time no one ordered parts, the other person went to vacation (great excuse for such a “small” company) so you drive to the car appointment while nothing is ready for you and no one can even contacted with you. I bought a new mustang Mach-E from here and I must say I'm very happy with overall experience. JP was excellent in handling my new purchase and he made sure I get a good price for my old RAV4. I'll recommend this place to whomever planning to buy a car.
very disorganized, the sales person I dealt with was unprepared, did not provide an updated deal structure before my arrival as requested and then confusion continued for hours through the process... The only reason we purchased from these folks was because they had the two vehicles we wanted. If not for that we would have walked away.
