Just finished my Emergency First Aid and CPR-BLS certification and it was great! Sarah was a great instructor and I really appreciated her patience, friendliness and informative manner. My favourite part was her playing the song Staying Alive by Bee Gees to help us with our rhythm. The online part worked perfectly with my schedule and the in person section left me confident in my CPR and First Aid abilities. Second time attending this location for initial certification as well as recert. Instructors are always very informative, willing to answer questions and explaining content so its understood by all participants. Hands on can often be nerve racking but this team does a great job across the board, keeping the learning fun! First timer or repeat customer you won't be disappointed :)
Informative and straightforward First aid and CPR course and instructors, Sarah was great and first aid went fantastic. Online content was also fairly easy and informative.
I had a great experience with this facility… Ryan was our instructor and what a great knowledgeable guy he is… he made everything so much fun and we gain a lot of skills. He was focused on each individual and he makes everyone performed each task. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Ryan!! for a great experience
