The First aid instructor Kevin Gee is so professional、kind、warm and energetic person! He explains the knoledge clearly and with a good sense of humor, and he also encourages learners. Barrie First Aid is very efficient!
This blended first aid course is economical and efficient of time and money. With a perspective of having done many courses as both student and instructor I was impressed by the skill that Sarah demonstrated. Clear, concise and well organized!
Just finished my Emergency First Aid and CPR-BLS certification and it was great! Sarah was a great instructor and I really appreciated her patience, friendliness and informative manner. My favourite part was her playing the song Staying Alive by Bee Gees to help us with our rhythm. The online part worked perfectly with my schedule and the in person section left me confident in my CPR and First Aid abilities. Second time attending this location for initial certification as well as recert. Instructors are always very informative, willing to answer questions and explaining content so its understood by all participants. Hands on can often be nerve racking but this team does a great job across the board, keeping the learning fun! First timer or repeat customer you won't be disappointed :)
