Have been really trying to make this clinic and Doctor work. Because a family Doctor is so hard to find out here.The Doctor is a good doctor. He is not supported by this clinic though. Saying that, he is often late, prescriptions are hard to get. And often wrong and difficult to coordinate with the pharmacy. The reception is hard to understand and rather rude. I have phoned the clinic several times asking for a refill on a prescription received no response. So I phoned and left another message asking for an appointment once again no response! My pharmacist even sent two request for a refill and still no response! Not very good service at all!!
I do appreciate being seen so much sooner than my regular family doctor which is why I gave any stars. Not the most friendly staff (receptionist or doctor)... No "Have a good day" pleasantries. I wasnt given the paperwork I needed as well, even after I asked about it so I had to come back to ask again. No apologies at all from the receptionist. I wont be coming back here.
