I am extremely disappointed in the staff that works here. Upon making my appointment I was never told where to go for the consultation. I was told by other people who have done a colonoscopy in the past year to go to the hospital. I also had to commute to barrhead. I checked into the front desk at the hospital and was directed to where to wait. If I had gotten a call I would have still made my appointment. Dr Graham was kind friendly and very engaged when I went for the initial consult. However, when I phoned for an appointment the answering service was not working and there appears to be no other way of getting in touch with this clinic, other than walking in. This is something that needs to be fixed.
