Great office, very happy!
Incredibly kind! They helped me throughout my journey with braces, afterwards with my retainers and fixed my permanent retainer for free. Best orthodontist staff!
The orthodontists are great, but not so much for the front desk receptionist. She forgot our billing multiple times, doesn't speak confident when arranging appointments and very unhelpful even for the smallest stuff like the wifi.
My daughter has been with Braces haven for 2yrs now and the service is great. Her jaw is getting aligned properly. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Definitely recommend. Update May 2026: My daughter's wire broke and Dr Cohen fixed it for free. A few months later, her retainer broke and we got a huge discount for the replacement. Braces Haven is there to serve patients and not focused on making a profit. I still highly recommend 🥰
