The orthodontists are great, but not so much for the front desk receptionist. She forgot pur billing multiple times, doesn't speak confident when arranging appointments and very unhelpful even for the smallest stuff like the wifi.
I had a great experience with Braces Haven. The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable right away. Everything was explained clearly, and appointments were always smooth and well-organized. I’m really happy with my results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care.
Very happy with the service and treatment. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I have 2 kids going through treatment and one is extremely nervous with any dental work. They are patient and take their time. I cant say enough about them. The other child just got their braces off and we are extremely happy with the result. The excitement around the office when she got them removed really stuck with her and she tells everyone! Thank you for making the experience a great one!
We had a great experience here getting braces for my son. The staff were all wonderful, the plan of care was clear and the appointments consistently run on time, which was a big plus! My son's teeth already look amazing after a few months of treatment. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and accommodating services, all the staff are very professional, kind, and they make you feel like family! Very generous and trustworthy. My daughters are well treated and they are not afraid to attend their appointments, they look forward to it and we see amazing results!!! Thank you to everyone at Braces Haven😊
