I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I was overcharged for my daughter’s examination fee. Despite bringing the issue to their attention promptly, the matter was not handled appropriately or professionally. I informed them about the error, they tried to push back that there was no error. Absolutely terrible experience with this dental clinic. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM today regarding my FRONT TOOTH that THEY previously worked on and is now broken/falling off. I even had to call myself to confirm the appointment, only to be told it was cancelled because I “didn’t confirm.” The receptionist was unbelievably rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain that I never received any phone calls or text messages.
