I’m very disappointed with this dental office. The staff behaved in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner, and it felt like they had no interest in helping or answering questions. The overall environment was stressful and unorganized. On top of that, there is no proper parking available, which made the visit even more frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a smooth experience.

I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. They seemed impatient and dismissive, and made me feel very uncomfortable asking even basic questions. On top of that, there were no parking spots available, which made the visit even more stressful. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all, there are plenty of other clinics that treat people with respect.
Toute notre famille est suivie par le Dr Bakkali au Barrhaven Dental Studio, et je ne peux que dire qu’il s’agit d’un dentiste exceptionnel : compétent, professionnel et surtout incroyablement apaisant, une qualité essentielle quand on sait que beaucoup de gens redoutent les visites chez le dentiste.
