My wife and I were in search of a new dentist for our family and reached out to three different dental offices before discovering this hidden gem. Sara provided exceptional customer service and was accommodating to our family's schedule. She thoroughly explained the new patient process and secured us an excellent appointment date, unlike the other offices that could only offer dates in the New Year. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking honest and outstanding service. Thank you!
I dont leave many reviews but I am always impressed by Dr.Catana and the friendly staff at Barrhaven Crossing Dental as they truly care about providing not just the service but acceptional service and take pride in their work. I had a whitening done today from Sarah who was very thorough and alloted extra time on the cleaning just to ensure it was done right and looked pearly white. Not easy work on a 16-year smoker and avid coffee drinker. Bravo! Would recommend even if you are not in Barrhaven.
I have had great experiences, the Dentist did a great job, as did the hygienist, and the staff was super polite and helpful.
