Called on a holiday (Memorial Day), but they still came within an hour, and at no extra charge. The guy doing the towing (Sean, but I'm not sure of the spelling) was super efficient and very friendly. Everything was done quickly and correctly. I've (unfortunately) had to use Barrett's a lot in the past year and they've always come through and done a great job.

Ive used Barretts a long time now. For my guys at my company and for me. The young lady that answers the phone is awesome. Very helpful and responsive. The drivers are great too. Always text me updates and delivery completions. 5 stars

​I had a great experience with Barrett’s Towing. The driver arrived much faster than I expected and had my car loaded up in no time. ​Beyond being efficient, he was a genuinely nice guy and very helpful throughout the process. He was a pleasure to talk to and made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. The pricing was also very fair and much better than I expected for a Sunday evening. ​I’ve forgotten his name in the chaos of the breakdown, but I really appreciate the top-tier service he provided. Highly recommend!

The guy Mike was really sweet. I'm sure he was super mad lol. But he got the job done in a tight spot. I'm sorry Mike. But thank you. Barretts towing did a wonderful job. Give them a call. Thanks again Mike🙏🏼 btw they didn't charge an arm and a leg. So hit em up. 💯
