Office was courteous and explanatory. Driver Kevin was very professional polite and knowledgeable. Tow was completed well inside the time frame I was given. Price was cheaper than all other companies by 50-75 dollars. 10/10 will use again in the future

I had a great experience with Barrett’s Towing. The driver arrived much faster than I expected and had my car loaded up in no time. Beyond being efficient, he was a genuinely nice guy and very helpful throughout the process. He was a pleasure to talk to and made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. The pricing was also very fair and much better than I expected for a Sunday evening. I’ve forgotten his name in the chaos of the breakdown, but I really appreciate the top-tier service he provided. Highly recommend!

When I went in, upset that there was an aggressive dog that I wasn’t told about, I was told that the dog was chained up, ... read more

Tow was efficient and I especially appreciated tow driver Sean! He communicated with me and even called to make certain that a bag left in the vehicle was not needed. He was friendly & went above and beyond. Thx

Telephone staff was courteous and understanding about my situation when my truck engine blew a fuse plug. The tow truck driver arrived in about 30 minutes and got my truck towed the repair shop promptly. Fantastic service and a reasonable rate. Definitely recommend Barrett Towing.
