Good products and good friendly staff. Some good sales.
Placed a delivery order for a funeral since I was traveling out of state, and got a confirmation email that the order was delivered. All seems great! Well, to my dismay, I found out that the order was not delivered to the funeral, and the recipient never got the arrangement. $77 wasted! Extremely unhappy!
