We had LVP floors put in by Barrett's 2 years ago. 1 Year ago they started coming apart in different spots throughout the house. We have now spent the last 6 months trying to get Barrett's to come fix them. They don't ever return calls and most of the time they don't even answer the phone. When we do get them on the phone there is always some excuse that they need to figure something else before they can get back to us and of course we never do hear back. Very knowledgeable personnel, super neat and clean store with essentially any flooring a person could want. Stan and Sherry are always available from 9:00 am until 4:30pm.

Liar and conman. Do not trust. Told us flooring would arrive in 3 weeks. Paid for it. Over 4 weeks later he said it hadn’t even been manufactured in China yet! Said it would cost us a 20% restocking fee to get a refund! Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else.
