The shopping and buying experience was great. Margot was friendly and experienced and knowledgeable. The installation however took a turn. Sub contractors think they can boss around and move the schedule of the customer around. And I ended up having carpet installed while I had paid movers trying to move furniture into those rooms. If the would have followed the timeline Margot gave them then it wouldn’t have been a problem.
