1600 for just over an hour of work is unheard of....but if u count the half hour used for diagnosis. well, maybe 2 hrs. tops. if I c a specific breakdown on receipt, then maybe I can alter my opinion. Did not c hourly info on diagnosis estimate. Or specific parts breakdown. For that money, it should b extremely concise and detailed on parts/labor.
I could not ask for better service or pricing. I have used these guys three times for A/C and heating problems and each time they have shown up at the house within hours of calling. The repairs have never taken longer than 24 hours. The people that I have dealt wth have been friendly and very professional. I highly recommend you call Barrett's for any A/C heating problems you have
