Absolutely horrible, do not waste your money. We wanted to buy Canadian but unfortunately, this company isn't the way to do that. We bought the 2 x 4 privacy screen and slats, and the product is cheap and unusable. If the company cannot be bothered to pre-drill the pilot holes, that should tell you all you need to know. The drill bit they provided for drilling said pilot holes actually broke after making 1 1/2 of the many required holes. Our own drill bit nearly suffered the same fate. $10,000.00 worth of fence at my personal home. Didn't last 10 years and it's all falling apart, oxidizing, fading, warping, cracked pieces. All the stuff you said would never happen to this high quality product.
$10,000.00 worth of fence at my personal home. Didn't last 10 years and it's all falling apart, oxidizing, fading, warping, cracked pieces. All the stuff you said would never happen to this high quality product.
Ordered some deck railing from them through Home Depot and they completely left out a piece of the order. Had to basically go into full investigation mode with home depot who verified the weight of the box through FedEx was short around the exact same weight as the missing piece. Then on top of that the rail I ordered was missing pieces in the kit. And you can’t just get the pieces you need the whole kit. So again, I’m working with Home Depot to get this resolved. Never using anything from Barrette again.
