Absolutely amazing company. The windows are great quality installation was a breeze couple of hiccups. They fixed it right away. Johnny has been amazing. Mandy has been amazing and all of Butch and his clan recommend window and doors in Augusta to absolutely anybody and I would use them again.
They stand by their product. Had service work done and they were pleasant, quick and fixed the problem - no charge. That's SERVICE. That's a company I want to recommend to friends. Excellent!
You have to book an appointment however the assistance is important because there are so many options, you will need help in narrowing your choice down!
5 star ratings!!! Thanks Barrett Windows for doing an excellent job at installing my windows at a reasonable price. I'm adding this review because for me it's about how you handle a situation that matters. I had to ask Barrett to adjust one of my doors and they came right out - NO WAIT time. Their associate, Mike came out and fixed the problem in exceptional time. There was no additional charges for this adjustment. Thanks Barrett for making me feel that "I mattered".
