We have a 92 Barrett that is very well built. We got rear ended in May and they completely rebuilt the back of our trailer. Good people and good products!
What a great experience it was working with Stewart and Tony at Barrett. The customer service is top tear with no room for improvement. By far the very best that any one could ever experienced. I now own the very best gooseneck stock trailer that money can buy thanks to the wonderful people at Barrett.
Very unprofessional, we took out trailer for minor repairs that was going to be covered with the warranty and ended getting charged for a hole they put there just so they can charge me. Not only that but the repairs took two weeks and they took what they wanted from our trailer. Bad business and I will tell everyone!
I work for a trailer dealer out of Michigan, and we don't sell Barrett trailers. I reached out to the parts department for a customer of mine for a small part. Branden in the parts department found what I needed and shipped it to me the next day. I work with a lot of different manufacturers and Barrett trailers with Branden in parts has been one of the best ones I have ever dealt with.
